有機、蟲蛀就是無農藥？台大教授3招避開毒蔬果
隨著時代的進步，外食族越來越多，許多專家學者紛紛提醒，要多攝取蔬果，平衡身體吸收的營養。只是，我們要如何挑選乾淨、無毒的蔬果呢？如果不小心吃到噴灑農藥的蔬果，讓毒素進入體內，非但不能平衡營養，反而為身體帶來無形的傷害。
由臺灣大學農化系教授顏瑞泓，教導大家下列三點避開毒蔬果的方法，釐清錯誤的觀念，找回健康無毒的蔬果飲食！
1.有機≠無農藥：
所謂「有機」指的不是無農藥，而是指農作物在生產過程中未使用化學合成生產的農藥或肥料。有機農產品的生產過程，還是會使用天然的農藥來保護農作物，就目的來說，當然也屬於農藥範圍。
2.有蟲咬過的蔬果就是沒農藥：
就實務而言算是合理推論。但光憑外觀很難判定是否有噴農藥，亦可能是蔬果被蟲咬後，農民才噴灑農藥的。
3.多選擇當季蔬果：
挑選蔬果最重要的原則就是選購「當季」、「適地種植」的蔬果。在合宜的氣候和適合作物生長的土壤下成長的蔬果最健康，而健康的蔬果不僅營養成分會在最好的狀態，更因為生長狀況良好，自然不要噴太多農藥保護。
