月餅應景食品 北市知名餅店等15件標示不合格
中秋節即將到來，台北市衛生局抽驗月餅及烤肉用食材，結果都符合規定，不過43件包裝產品，有15件標示不合格，不合格名單不乏知名糕餅店，包括世運「豆沙蛋黃酥」、聖瑪莉東門門市「雪沙芙蓉」及「鳳梨酥」、維格的「芋泥酥」、微熱山丘及順成的「鳳梨酥」，標示都不合格。(林麗玉報導)
中秋節，民眾多會吃月餅或烤肉過節，台北市衛生局最近也前往傳統市場、量販店、糕餅店等，抽驗市售月餅、烤肉用食材等，品質及標示是否符合規定，這波一共抽驗80件產品，結果品質檢驗都符合規定，不過針對43件包裝產品標示抽驗，有15件標示不合格，不合格率高達35%，不合格店家包括世運食品的「豆沙蛋黃酥」、漢坊餅藝的「金沙小月」、聖瑪莉東門店的「雪沙芙蓉」及「鳳梨酥」、維格餅家的「芋泥酥」、微熱山丘、順成、及上城糕餅小舖的「鳳梨酥」等，遭稽查標示都不合格，衛生局技正陳慧芝說，業者已經依照違反食品安全衛生管理法，要求違規產品限期回收改正，改正前不得繼續販售，違者將依照食品安全衛生管理法開罰三到三百萬元不等罰款。
衛生局也提醒，衛福部已經在去年4月15號公告「包裝食品營養標示應遵守事項，7月1號起將糖含量，增列為強制標示項目，這次標示不合格的15件產品，有高達9件糖標示不符合規定。
